1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and hbaja ("hbaja", "We", "Us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the hbaja website, games, betting markets, and all related services. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understood them, and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

hbaja may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, tournament prizes, and other promotional benefits to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is published:

• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before any portion of the bonus balance (or winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the offer terms.
• hbaja reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and for any reason, including if hbaja reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or systematic exploitation of a promotional offer.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financing of unlawful activities, or the transfer of proceeds derived from criminal conduct.
• Registering multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or providing false identity information to circumvent account restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or eligibility requirements.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

hbaja reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including where hbaja has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspicious betting patterns, or conduct that may be harmful to the platform or other players.

A player may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting hbaja customer support. Upon account closure, any outstanding bonus balances will be cancelled. Real-money balances that are the result of legitimate play and are not subject to an ongoing review may be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal processing times.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbaja, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if hbaja has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hbaja does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond hbaja's reasonable control. hbaja's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
